JBP-68 - Peri recurring payout

After a trial period of 1-3 cycles, contributors are encouraged to propose a recurring role for themselves. Recurring payouts should be renewed/updated every 90 days.

Summary:

This is a request to continue compensating me for my work in supporting contributions to the DAO as they relate to design, frontend development, and analytics.

Risks:

The DAO will only see a return on its investment in me if I continue to effectively uphold the responsibilities I’ve outlined here.

How have you contributed to the DAO?

• Built the Juicebox app and visual brand over the last year
• Built the Juicebox Subgraph
• Designed and managed the infrastructure supporting the Juicebox app. Overseen its rapid scaling as Juicebox has grown, including fronting over $10K USD of infrastructure costs
• Managed and contributed to continuous growth and iteration of the Juicebox app, including rapid, custom changes to enable high-profile projects like SharkDAO and ConstitutionDAO
• Driven the onboarding of and continuously organized work from a growing list of contributors since Juicebox was launched
• Provided support for users interacting with the Juicebox app
• Continuously implemented fixes and improvements on the fly for the Juicebox app based on feedback from users

How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward?

• Finish work to enable migrating projects from V1 to V1.1 contracts in the Juicebox app.
• Organize and implement the frontend changes needed to support project migration from V1.1 to V2.
• Continue to be responsible for the quality of the Juicebox brand and app.
• Continue to optimize the infrastructure supporting the Juicebox app to be more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Continue to enable, support, and coordinate frontend dev & design contributions.

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

• The Juicebox app, brand, and user experience will continue to be valuable assets to the DAO, and will evolve as needed.
• Dev and design contributions to the Juicebox app will be well-communicated, effectively coordinated, and fairly compensated.

Under what criteria should the community reassess this payout?

This payout should be reassessed if ever it seems that my duties are being neglected, or that my work has become a weak point in the success of those I'm responsible for supporting.
