JBP-433 - Default Token Beneficiary to dao.jbx.eth for Payouts to Projects

Synopsis

All payouts set to other Juicebox projects (ie @peel, @exhausted-pigeon, etc) shall have the token beneficiary set to jbdao.eth.

Any project payouts that do not have a token beneficiary of jbdao.eth shall be updated to jbdao.eth.

Motivation

Last cycle Dr.Gorilla set his @exhausted-pigeon payout with the token beneficiary set to drgorilla.eth. It is unclear whether this was intentional or not. It has been customary to always set project payouts to jbdao.eth but it should be codified for less confusion.

Specification

The nance-interface frontend shall automatically set the token beneficiary to the current owner of Juicebox project ID 1, dao.jbx.eth (0xAF28bcB48C40dBC86f52D459A6562F658fc94B1e) and make it uneditable if a project payout is selected.
