JBP-415 - Continue Paying for Subscriptions (Again)

Summary

Once a month, transfer USDC from the JuiceboxDAO multisig to filipv to pay for Figma, Notion, Google, and other subscriptions used by JuiceboxDAO.

Motivation

The DAO uses these services extensively, but JBP-320 - Recurring Multisig Payout for Figma and Notion expired on June 30th, 2023.

Last cycle, a proposal to re-implement these payments barely failed to pass. I covered the expenses out of pocket. This proposal is similar, but does not include OpenAI API fees.

Specification

Upon this proposal's ratification, transfer 547.46 USDC from the multisig to filipv.eth to reimburse July's and August's subscription costs (Figma, Notion, and the Google Workspace).

Once a month, at the discretion of the multisig, transfer no more than 500 USDC from the JuiceboxDAO multisig to filipv.eth (or another wallet designated by filipv) to reimburse the amount spent on monthly subscriptions and similar fees.

Rationale

• The multisig holds more than enough USDC to cover these charges thanks to Code4rena audit refunds.
• Only one transaction is required per month.
• The DAO has already been doing this for some time.

Timeline

These payouts should take place until the soonest of:

• The DAO no longer having to pay for Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Another proposal amending or replacing this proposal.
• July 1st, 2024.
