FORMING is a virtual concert series ran by Lexicon Devils hosting web3 centric musicians and showcasing how Juicebox protocol can be utilized to host events by transparently paying out artists as well as contributors. Twitter interaction and event attendance has doubled over the past couple months and we plan to continue this momentum by fine tuning the hype machine that is Forming. The following steps are listed under specification that have been taken that have helped this increase in visibility.

Having a dedicated fund going towards the arts and sponsoring cultural events strengthens the ties between artists & engineers, deepening the creative talent pool of not only the Juicebox ecosystem but Ethereum at large. Juicebox is a prime example of a DAO who sets the cultural tone, and is in touch with the current zeitgeist of crypto & DAOs. It’s a natural next step for the Lexicon Devils & Juicebox partnership to continue leading the scene in making creative spaces online for artists & engineers, a cultural schilling point for a new era of the internet.
Lexicon Devils and FORMING audience fail to understand or adopt JBX. Bear market fud too dominant and crypto skepticism too great; creating an uphill battle that makes expanding our outreach almost impossible. This would result in failure to provide impactful marketing creating greater Juicebox awareness, stagnant turn outs, and minimal directly measurable benefit to Juicebox protocol.
This proposal should take effect immediately and last six funding cycles, starting in GC41 and ending at GC47.
