Proposal date: December 2, 2021

Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal.

To bring Zotico, a experienced former Translation Manager from a web2 gaming company, to organize and manage our translation process in a more efficient way.

What gaps do you see in the DAO's process, and how might you help to fill them?

Right now our translations are happening but are pretty messy. We got re-translation, loss of material, cycle payments equal to all translators independent of complexity and size of work and are limited to chinese and spanish. I think having someone with experience can ease the burden of managing the translations that has been falling in PM and CM and make the process flow for better results.

What might a starter project be for you?

What I've talked to Zotico was to use the trial period to organize the initial materials that need translation, what has already been translated and the translators we have. Organize a data base for it and to follow up on new translation demands and deliveries. I think that 2 weeks is enough to get the base of this in place and already deliver improvements to our process and efficiency

Payout Amount: $500 dollars for the trial period
