JBP-496: Subscriptions and Gas Reimbursements (June 2024 through January 2025)

Summary

1. Periodically send USDC from the JuiceboxDAO multisig to filipv.eth to pay for Figma, Notion, Google, and other subscriptions used by JuiceboxDAO. Context: as of June 2024, these subscriptions cost $227.24 per month.
2. Periodically send ETH from the multisig to reimburse gas fees incurred when sending JuiceboxDAO's payouts or reserved JBX. Context: reimbursing all of these transactions from March 17th to June 8th 2024 cost 0.24 ETH – an average of 0.087 ETH per 30 days.

Motivation

JuiceboxDAO is still using these services, but JBP-415 - Continue Paying for Subscriptions (Again) expires on July 1st, 2024 and JBP-462: Authorize Payout/Reserved Token Gas Reimbursements for 180 Days expires on June 19th, 2024.

Specification

Any multisig signer can queue reimbursements at any time, but while this proposal is active:

• Subscription reimbursements must amount to less than 500 USDC per 30 days on average.
• Gas reimbursements must amount to less than 0.2 ETH per 30 days on average.

Timeline

This proposal will remain active for 180 days, starting at the time of its approval.
