Should we change our editing delay on the funding cycles from 7 days to 3 days?

Context: With the new 8 days process (from idea to execution) we're trying to implement on governance, the 7 day delays we have on changing configuration for the next cycle can be unhealthy for the discussions to actually be meaningfull, for they would have to happen in FC#X to be implemented on FC#X+2. That's because the FCs have 15 days, the on-testing governance cycle has 8 and the delay is 7.
