Confirm our genesis council members

Following the adoption of our first constitution - https://snapshot.org/#/jennydao.eth/proposal/0xf6ab4d51e2b063752a080434f004e7d7076e2275dc1c40e63c090acc60d8e8af - the DAO needs to confirm the genesis members for the three councils we have set up.

We have the right number of candidates for each council so all we need to do is get the DAO to approve them. The proposed council members are:
