Swap 40 eth worth of Jenny tokens into Revv tokens to develop a custom build gaming hypercar

In the last few months, we have talked extensively in the discord about the development of our own jenny hypercar. As curator council, we now want to bring this to a vote.

The proposal: A unique hypercar that is developed and designed specifically for Jenny. We can specify everything we want (from Ferrari lines to Audi lighting). Only 1 model will be built and it will have the unique apex tier in Revv racing. The development of the car will be done by a professional car designer who worked for Volkswagen, Renault and Koenigsegg. The price is 40 eth. This is based on the price on the first 1/1 Apex hypercar which was sold at an auction, at about 35eth at the time. Sales price on the secondary market is now 235 eth. We have to pay the amount in Revv (token from animoca, game developer behind Revv racing). We do this by exchanging jenny tokens. This way we will have a large budget left for the current season.
