Faster baked Jiaozi implementation

I propose that the baked jiaozi token be implemented within 2 weeks. The baked jiaozi can only be obtained by burning Jiaozi at a rate of 1000:1 with the output baked jiaozi. Baked jiaozi will be added as a new 6x pool for jiaozi mining. Further project proposals to use Baked Jiaozi will use this proposed token as their base.
