FREN: Farming rate enhanced now

FREN is a friendly farmer who farms random pools and is JERC's FREN. FREN gives a large portion of his yield to a different pool giving them a bonus. Any user can pay the gas fee to migrate FREN to a different farm. FREN eats 5% of his yield every time he migrates to another farm. Once he eats them, they are gone forever. The rest may be compounded or donated wherever needed most.
