JIP [jWallet] - #02

Refactor jWallet as a stand-alone floating browser page. This will improve usability by allowing users to move and resize it as needed. The interface will remain centered, but the current extension placement that can cause workflow issues will be eliminated.

The community, namely the jSTAK owners will vote on whether or not to approve such an implementation. Once voted, if the vote is positive, the Jigstack team will implement such a solution.
