Land Purchase

Hello,

As everyone probably knows, the DAO has almost 11 ETH in the dao wallet and you all decided to spend it on Sandbox Land.

Learning more about the land has been quite a journey for me, but I've decided to hold this snapshot vote to be able to more closer concentrate our focus on what to buy.

Keep in mind if we end up using our land, we will need to develop on that land, so consider that when voting for what to buy. The development of the plot will be from this 11 ETH.

After this vote is concluded, if the winning option is 1 Premium Plot, we might hold another vote to decide exactly which Plot to buy, if the winning option is to sweep the floor - we will just do that with roughly 5-9 eth, and if the winning option is 2 Plots, then we will do a #pre-vote to decide how much we want to spend on the 2 plots.
