Turn Off the Tax

We only believe in taxing the poor - not the rich. LUBE is a token for whales, so it's time to deactivate this. LUBE currently has a 1.5% tax on buys and sells, but it's time for this to go. Instead of taxing all the whales transacting in the pool, we will find some poor guy with under $10 in lube, and only tax him instead. Everyone else, the current and future 1%-ers, will be tax free.

Previously, the Syncswap pool was taxed. This was changed to tax the Secta pool when LUBE brought its girthy liquidity over to secta.finance: https://www.secta.finance/info/v2/pairs/0xbd26a6b703edad9abe251de31b24a97bd3c930dd

The treasury now contains 127 ETH and 6.1B LUBE. The tax built up the treasury, and now that it's in place - no more tax is needed. This money will be spent to ensure the success and grow LUBE. The time has come to stop accumulating funds, and start deploying them.
