Season 1 compensation

This plan was announced on 3/15 and folks have made adjustments since then. We have also adjusted the payment assuming 1 eth = $3,300 (as of 4/1 ETH is at $3,455).

In total, we are paying 12 eth which leaves another 12 in the treasury for future seasons. Please vote over the weekend so that we can compensate people by Monday 4/4.
