PIP-75 Reward the team for the successful work done during the Curve exploit

Abstract

Allocate a bonus of 125k USDC to be distributed among the team for the successful recovery of the funds following the curve exploit.

Background

The Curve exploit impacted JPEG’d and had the team dedicate all their energy to find a way to recover the exploited funds. The team worked night and day to get to this result. Against all odds, it has done so successfully, which allowed to keep the trust in the protocol, avoid bad debt and redistribute assets to the affected users. Such a result seldom happens in DeFi and was made possible by the incredible hard work of the team.

To reward the team for this result that allowed a successful reboot of pETH lending, a total bonus of 125k USDC would be distributed by the team to the team members who participated in the fund recovery.

Such a gesture is a meaningful way to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work and dedication of JPEG’d DAO’s team members. It will help to foster the of motivation, boosts morale, and encourages further commitment to achieving the DAO’s goals.
