PIP-39: Add lending support for Otherdeed (Otherside) and BAKC
Abstract
Add pETH and pUSD lending support for Otherside deeds and Bored Ape Kennel Club collections.
Rationale
Reasonably safe collection. Will bring in large amounts of new JPEGd customers and revenue, while also broadening our product range for the Yuga ecosystem. Highly liquid and popular.

BAKC: -- 100 pETH -- 125k pUSD
Other -- Kodas will be priced according to a floor-multiplier
