Add Kanpai Pandas Vaults

Kanpai Pandas are currently ~2.5-3E floor.

Currently, they have an active degen community of supporters.

This would add liquidity value to Kanpai Pandas and also raise some publicity for JPEGd.

I believe 100k PUSD and 50 PETH is an appropriate initial vault size, but the sizing would be at the team's discretion
