PIP-81 Amend PIP-80 to rename JPEGD to JPGD

Abstract

PIP-80 for migrating JPEG to a new token is on-going. This PIP suggests to not use JPEGD, but instead use JPGD for the ticker name.

Background

JPEGD was initially proposed in PIP 80. Following community feedback, we believe JPGD is stronger for the following reasons:

• has only 4 letters
• has a clearer separation between protocol and token naming

Seeing this PIP is running in parallel to PIP-80, it would be best to wait until the voting on the name changes before deploying the migration.

Specification

• If PIP-80 was to pass, use JPGD as the ticker name instead of JPEGD
