REDO - Restake up 5k ETH on EigenLayer

Abstract The DAO holds a substantial amount of ETH sitting idle. This proposal aims to use up to 5k ETH of the treasury to deposit on Eigenlayer.

Background The DAO could increase its treasury by using some of its ETH and restaking it on EigenLayer. This would give the chances to the DAO to get a substantial airdrop by EigenLayer and increase the DAO’s treasury.

The proposal aims to use up to 5k ETH of the treasury to deposit on EigenLayer to benefit from the airdrop and yield opportunity. The team is free to use the best means to deposit the ETH on EigenLayer (stETH, rETH, or other). *Or any of the liquid restaking protocols such as Kelp to potentially benefit from the Airdrop.
