PIP-12: veCRV Bribes

Abstract The JPEG'd DAO is in contact with veCRV holders and can enter into an agreement with such holders to vote for the PUSd-3Crv or JPEG-ETH pools on Curve Finance in exchange for JPEG rewards.

Background veCRV holders have expressed interest in voting for relevant JPEG'd pools on Curve Finance in exchange for JPEG tokens. Individual streams would be made for such holders and managed by Sablier. Streams would be linear for one year, but can be ended earlier if the agreed terms are not fulfilled.

The rate would be 1m veCRV for 125,000,000 JPEG streamed linear for one year. This proposal would authorize up to 937,500,000 JPEG to be allocated to such streams for a total of 7.5m veCRV voting power. An additional $10k worth of JPEG would be paid as a finder fee for the individual that helped facilitate the agreements.
