PIP-72 Temporarily use the treasury CVX to get bribes

Abstract

The current CVX voting power of the DAO is being unused until the resolution of the curve hack. Until then, the CVX should be used to get bribes which would get sold to USDC/ETH and added to the treasury.

Background

The curve hack forced the DAO to pause pETH. Voting on the pool is innefective rn, and the voting power would be better used getting bribes until a resolution is found.

Specification

Until a resolution to the hack is found, allow the ms to:

• Choose which pools to vote for
• Assign the CVX voting power of the DAO to get bribes
• Sell the rewards and bribes to USDC
