PIP-33: Launch The JPEG Index

Abstract Launch the JPEG Index, which is a basket of Bluechip NFTs.

Background Users have expressed interest in owning a basket of bluechip NFTs. This proposal would create the JPEG Index that would own such a basket. The index would buy 1 CryptoPunk, 1 BAYC, 1 MAYC, 2 Pudgy Penguins, 1 Doodle, and 5 Kanpai Pandas. The assets would be custodied in the JPEG'd DAO (a decentralized entity). There is no expectation of profits, and launching the JPEG Index does not constitute a sale, or investment contract.

Specifications Users would donate 350 ETH to the JPEG'd DAO and will use the proceeds to purchase the above NFTs. Any excess ETH after purchasing these NFTs would remain as extra ETH in the index to potentially purchase additional NFTs at a later date. The max donation per wallet is 30 ETH. There is no token associated with this donation, and it is a voluntary donation with no expectation of profits.
