Abstract

Following the end of the airdrop vesting, around 687m $JPEG remain unclaimed. This proposal aims to reclaim the airdrop that hasn’t been claimed by the receivers within 30 days of the PIP passing.

Background

Following the JPEG'd donation event, an airdrop was distributed to selected addresses. Two groups were eligible for the airdrop:

• The top 100 largest donators in the donation event
• 100 randomly selected donators, excluding the top 100

The airdrop was vested over 9 months and concluded on the 3rd of January 2023.

There are still ~687m $JPEG unclaimed. The proposal aims to reclaim the tokens back to the treasury after a grace period of 30 days for the late airdrop claimers.

Specifications

If the PIP is approved, transfer all remaining unclaimed airdropped $JPEG back to the treasury 30 days after the passing of the vote and close the airdrop claiming.
