PIP-95 Convert DAO’s CVX holdings to ETH and/or Stablecoins

Abstract

This PIP will grant authority to the DAO to convert all CVX holdings into ETH and/or Stablecoins.

• Allow the team to convert CVX held by the DAO to ETH or Stablecoins at its discretion
