Add 120 additional weenis warmers on top of PIP-02.

Everything from PIP-02 will remain the same besides adding an additional 120 weenis warmers, making it a total of 420 weenis warmers instead of 300.

60 of the 120 will be given out as a whitelist randomly to customers of jpeg'd's protocol from 2/13/2023 1pm central time.

An additional 40 WL will be given randomly to the top 300 holders of jpeg tokens from 2/13/2023 1pm central time.

The remaining 20 WL will be given to the team for promotional purposes.

Purpose of this will be to reward our valued customers, bring in an additional 120 ETH to the Dao, give team ability to use WL for promotions, and reward all token holders, not just whales.

Also 420 > 300.
