Creation of the iJPEG DAO

Ideated by JPEGd, the JPEGd Index now requires independent direction and governance. This proposal would create the iJPEG DAO and allow iJPEG token holders to independently manage how their index is run.

Details:

1.) Passage of this vote by JPEG holders will create the iJPEG DAO, comprised of holders of the iJPEG token.

2.) iJPEG holders benefit from this separation of responsibilities by gaining the freedom to choose from multiple platforms if it so wishes.

3.) JPEGd DAO benefits from this separation of responsibilities by being able to focus on their core objectives of creating the best NFT-collateralized lending platform possible.

4.) Passage of this vote will cause the JPEGd DAO to create a space within the JPEGd infrastucture (Website, Discord, etc.) for iJPEG DAO members to discuss and vote upon proposals for iJPEG DAO. This support will continue as long as iJPEG DAO uses the JPEGd platform to manage its holdings and will stop if iJPEG DAO moves assets to another platform.

5.) The additional TVL and Citadel fees benefit JPEGd DAO and $JPEG holders more than the additional infrastructure costs.
