First Pre-Proposal for Community Manager Integration

Dear Community Members,

Today marks an exciting milestone in our journey together as a community. We are thrilled to introduce the first pre-proposal for the integration of Community Managers, a pivotal step towards building a vibrant, organized, and engaged community.

At the heart of every thriving community are dedicated individuals who manage and nurture its growth. These community managers play a vital role in ensuring that our spaces on Discord and Telegram remain clean, structured, and welcoming to all members. Their commitment allows us to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively.

Our proposal is to bring aboard a team of four Community Managers who will collectively cover the responsibilities of managing our community throughout the week. Now, let's talk numbers. In order to attract top talent and recognize the value of their contributions, we propose a monthly payment of $250 in JULD for each Community Manager. This totals to $1,000 per month, all paid in JULD.

We understand the importance of transparency and clarity, especially when it comes to the source of funds. As this is our first proposal, we want to make sure everyone knows where the JULD for these payments will come from. Currently, there are two wallets containing all the DAO-owned JULD. These wallets represent approximately 46% of the total supply and will soon be merged into a single contract.

Rest assured, the payments to our Community Managers will be made directly from the DAO's funds, ensuring accountability and financial responsibility.
