Juld as vote power on Governance

This is simple is the power of Julb is more weight than Juld.

This proposal will be good for Juld. If you have (example)Right now:

1 JULB = 541 juld. if you vote as same power of JULB. your vote power will be exact weight when you vote with JULB. This only affect if you vote with juld exact with a value equal than 1 JULB. So any other less value( 100juld 200 juld etc etc). it will count but not as julb weight power.

PS: Also this will change if the price of juld increase and (1 JULB = 541 juld) could change.
