Blacklist Arbitrage Bot

Proposed actions:

The community has identified a specific wallet address that is actively arbitraging KNINE on the Ethereum Uniswap pool against centralized exchanges. This specific arbitrage bot is active on thousands of projects and has been blacklisted by other communities.

If this proposal passes, the management council will use the DAO multisig to blacklist the wallet identified with the understanding it is acting in a way to harm the projects it arbitrage trades against. This proposal allows for the ongoing blacklisting of any wallets deemed related directly to this specific wallet address.

*It is possible the wallets being blacklisted will create new wallet addresses and continue their activity if this passes and the blacklist function is used.
