Proposal: Monthly Payment of most recent price of 500$ worth of KANA to be used for Community Engagement

(When reading through this proposal. All prices talked about will be based off whatever the most recent price of KANA is at that time. As well as prizes paid out for events and games will be paid in KANA amount, not KANA $ worth. This is done due to price fluctuations that could cause issues)

1. Half or more of the monthly payment is to be used to promote community engagement; in the form of contests (Twitter Shilling, Reddit Shilling, Youtube Videos etc etc)

1.1) Apart of this proposal; a portion of the monthly payment will also be used to promote community fellowship. This will be done in the form of hosted games (Marble Races, Poker Night, Trivia Night, Discord Point System for active members)

2. There will be an oversight Committee that will be in charge of the funds that will consist of 3 members. An Official member of Kannagis Team (who will be in control of the funds, and that that wallet address will be announced and made aware for all investors to see and track), Zenna73, and another member of the community.

2.1) Those apart of the Oversight Committee will receive a Discord Tag that says, "Oversight Committee", as well as be in charge of choosing what game/contest and amount to be paid for the game/contest in KANA for that month.

2.2) The Schedule for the month will be dictated and created by the Committee and released to the investors in the first few days of each new month. The Committee must agree, with a minimum of 2 votes, for each item and prize to be listed on the schedule and published.

3. Committee Members will be removed and replaced due to non-participation and/or general cause of discourse.

3.1) The initial third Committee Member will chosen by the Official Member of the Kannagi Team and Zeena73 (so both original committee members). Someone who they both agree on will be best to fit the role based on community Engagement.

4. Unused funds for the previous month will rollover into the next month.

4.1) The funds the Kannagi Team Member holds for this Proposals purposes will not, must not, ever exceed 750$ worth of KANA. In the event that the previous month rollover causes a situation where that the team member will be in possession of over 750$ worth of KANA. That month's payment will stop at 750$ worth of KANA and no further money will be received until KANA holdings in that wallet are below 500$. (Special Note: If price spikes causing the wallet to exceed 750$ worth of KANA. This is of no consequence. And we will proceed as normal in reducing the $ amount through contests and events per usual)

4.2) For the purposes of confusion. In an event where funds were halted due to overflow issues (over 750$), the oversight committee will not be eligible to receive more funds till the next following month after current funds fall below 500$ worth of KANA.

5. Committee Responsibilities are but not limited to:

5.1) Keeping Track of the funds

5.2) Deliberating with each other the best events and games that will help expand Kannagi's influence

5.3) Hosting Games and events. To include keeping track and ensuring everything is running smoothly, fairly, and prompt payments to investors.

5.4) In some cases voiding rewards due to cheating or irregular circumstances

5.5) Holding each other accountable

Special Note: Committee Members are not eligible for event or game prize winnings.
