WINNING PVP POINTS AT HIGHER RANK

Draft is 5 points will be added to every winning. Players with similar scores will be automatically matched. As players rank up, winning against higher rank is more difficult as winning against lower rank. Winning at higher ranks should have more points than lower rank beating lower rank.
