To maintain the market price after auction

Goal: To maintain the prices after auction Summary: As we can observe the team organize an auction for Kara(pet) and Land before it will be released in the market. But as we can see the price dump after auction. This cause some investor got disappointed because they buy higher during auction but when time passes by, low price excess in the market.

To avoid disappointment by the investor after auction and to take care of those investor. I came up with this kind of proposal that the price in the market will be maintain after auction.

Following suggestions are:

1. Please put minimum price (not below the auction prices either land or kara(pet) and many mote things to be sold in the market) this could help to Maintain the market price and economy balance and it will not cause a big dump.

2. Please put maximum price (not much higher from the auction prices either land or kara(pet) and many more things to be sold in the market), this could help to avoid over pricing in the market.

3. Put a specific amount to be ROI to ensure the Investor to have a percentage of ROI like for example: 20% ROI after 1month.
