Anti-dump for UMY

P R O P O S A L

Whales/traders are the main reasons for the dumping of price of umy. I propose to put a 10-15% tax for buy/sell transaction. This serves as an " anti-dump " for umy. Like other tokens CONDITION:

1. Traders who transact from any exchange platform where umy is listed will be charge a 10-15% tax for every buy/sell transaction. So traders need to wait and hold their umys for a longer time before they sell it. This way the price of umy will pump. Bacause traders can not sell their umys if the price pump a little unless they want a lose trade. Example Trade: Entry price: 1 umy= 0.05$
   1,000×0.05= 50 $ 1000×0.15=150 1000-150=850 ( he will receive 850 umy for 50$ @ 0.05$ per umy) 850×0.15=127.5 850-127.5= 722.5 (he can only sell 722.5 umy so need to wait the price to pump to $0.08 to win for this trade)

2. Karastar players who wish to sell their umys will be free from tax. However if they will buy from market they will be charge a tax also. For those managers who wish to breed they can buy umys from their scholars to avoid from tax.

3. The umys collected from the tax will be burn or just part of it will burn and some part of it will be distributed to umy hodlers. (Open for further discussion)
