Breeding cost adjustment proposal

Revert the breeding cost to original but add x% UMY fee when buying NFT, which should be burn immediately. When the NFT is put on the marketplace, apart from the BNB equivalent cost, we can add a x% UMY fee, to be burn immediately. If approve, the devs or the DAO members can decide of the x%

Because we are adding UMY as fee, there can be a potential demand of UMY in the market, which can increase the price.

NFT can be Kara, Land, Medallion, NFTs harvested from land, among others
