Spending UMY will earn $KARA

Proposing that any UMY spent will earn $KARA. This will allow players to earn $KARA by spending their precious UMY. I believe this will be good for the economy, many players will have a chance to become DAO members because they will get $KARA. Also, it's a win-win situation given that for every UMY spent will earn you something such as $KARA, if you spend UMY for PVP but you lost, it's still not bad because you will still earn $KARA

Ex. spending total of 100 UMY in PVP will earn the player total of 2 $KARA, spending total of 600 UMY for breeding will earn the player total of 12 $KARA, spending total of 800 UMY for evolution will earn the player total of 14 $KARA,

the amount of $KARA to be earned will be decided by devs or by DAO members
