Scripts, bots, and AI regulations

We cannot argue that most huge NFT holders are institutions or organizations that use scripts, bots, and AI so banning this will be a huge downfall especially if script-users start dumping all NFTs in the marketplace. So, to make it fair for everybody:

When an account is found to be using scripts or bots on day 1, that account will be prohibited to use scripts or bots on day 2, so they will either need to rest on day 2 or play them personally. On day 3, they will again be able to use scripts or bots, and then again, and again, and again.

This may delay UMY farming and huge UMY dumping similar from the 700,000 UMY minted by several accounts (one owner).
