Giving Perks for Genesis Karas

Genesis Kara should have unique ability or perks in land compare to other karas. The perk differ base on their rarity.

Why would karastar should do it? Because, genesis kara are the first nft of the game and will be pointless if all karas are the same aside from rarity. What's the point of buying genensis nft if, they are all the same, right?
