Rental Breed

You can now breed your kara nft to other players: You will put 1 Kara nft in market as rental just for breeding. Those who will put their kara nft on rental will need to pay: N kara will cost: 700 UMY + 2.5% Tax R kara will cost: 900 UMY + 2.5% Tax SR kara will cost: 1100 UMY + 2.5% Tax Those who will rent to breed with their kara will need to pay $Kara and it will depends on rarity of their kara. The $kara payment will depends on the value of UMY + 2.5% Tax.

For example: N kara was put for rent with cost 700 UMY, if you want to breed with it, you'll pay, 700 umy worth of $Kara token + 10% tax. If umy value is 0.1 USDT x 700 UMY = 70$USDT value + 10% (1.75USDT) = 71.75 $USDT then $Kara value 7$ USDT, you will pay 10.25 $KARA token.

The 1% of tax will go to DAO Treasury then 1% will go to game treasury. The 0.5% will be used to buy UMY monthly and burn monthly.

Kara nft to breed lender will receive the $Kara token

Player 1 put the kara in market for rental breed > Player 1 pay 700 UMY > Player 2 rent the kara nft to breed > Player 2 pay $Kara token

It doesn't matter how many breeding count of your kara nft have. Rental breeding will disregard the breeding count but it will add if the breeding successful.

For example: Your N kara is 5/7 Breed count and you will need 3000 for the kara to breed, you put it in rent, will only cost 700 UMY even 5/7 Breeding count.

Pros: You won't need high UMY for high breeding. Cons: You need to pay to put on rent.

UMY price and Kara price can be change depends on karastar team.
