New system for leasing

New leasing will required UMY to lease team now, to make the UMY more use in site and market not just by breeding and evolution.

New leasing will have 3 options. First Option: Temporary Owner Lease, where owner of kara team will lease their team for specific amount of UMY and those who want to lease it will pay that amount. The team he/she lease will be his/her team temporary, depends in how many days that the owner set. For that time, the one who leased the team will get all umy of that team gather. Also, to make it standard, Duration of leasing will be fix for 10days, 20days or 30 days.

For example: I lease a team for 10 days with the price of 300 UMY when it post in lease, it will add 2.5% tax, player will pay 300 + 2.5%tax to lease it. Leaser will received 300 umy while 2.5 will be burn.

Even if the team who have been leased is not played, the team can't be return until the duration ends.

For example: Duration is 10 days, the return day is 11th day. Even the team not played by renter.

Pros: Leaser will be safe, even team didn't use by those who will rent : Renter will get 100% of their farmed coin. : May help a little burn from circulation and umy will get another demand use. Cons: May abuse by leaser, giving over price to the team can farm. (This can be avoid by not renting those overprice team. DYOR your team.)

Second Option: Scholar Leasing, this is leasing will be the same with current leasing system using but will just change some condition, Leasing using scholar leasing will need $Kara to rent now. This purpose for to make some usage for $Kara. Owner will lease the team with their corresponding $Kara and will set the distribution, distribution will be now fix, for 30% manager : 70% scholar, 40%:60%, 50%:50%, 60%:40%. With this to assure those greedy manager won't set distributions that will only favor them. $Kara price will be fix depending of kara team rarity: Team with only N: 0.5 $Kara Team with 1 or 2 R: 0.75 $Kara Team with all R: 1 $Kara Team with 1 or 2 SR: 1.25 $Kara Team with all SR: 1.5 $Kara Kara value can be change depends on market or karastar team.

The Duration of this leasing will be fix for 25 days. If the renter didn't play the lease for 1 week, the team will be retrieve. Only after the contract, leaser will received the umy amount, also will be deducted 5% umy for tax, and be burn.

Pros: You will receive $Kara. : Renter will be safe for scam managers. Cons: Need to buy $Kara.

Third Option: Loan Leasing, players can lease their team as like loaning, they will set a price for that team to pay, if they pay the amount + tax, they will own the team.

For example: Player set the team for 4500 UMY, renter will rent it for just gas fee but, renter can only receive 10% of the total farm every 10days, until he paid the 4500 UMY + 2.5% tax to the leaser. System will automatic send the 90% UMY farm to the leaser everyday. **Lease team > set price 4500 UMY (+2.5% Tax) > Rent (Gas only) > Play until paid > own team

If the renter didn't play the team for 10 days, team will be retrieve.

Pros: Renter can own team, even with a little money. Cons: Leaser will lose team.
