Evolution for incoming Accessories

I would like to propose to add an evolution for the incoming accessories and weapons which can be obtain from mother land to increase the stats by using Umy. Unlike evolution from the Kara, this time it only requires Umy to level up maximum to level 15. With this can help burning Umy in the process.
