Choose what is the right system to be implemented in picking up the top proposal before it will be accepted.

Even though this out of the topic but the system of picking up the best proposal must be analyze more. Hope this kind of proposal will contribute more to the community.

I came up with this topic to be discussed further in the DAO counsel, what system do you prefer for picking up the top proposal. Whatever system will be chosen by many it needs to be discuss farther in the DAO counsel.

GOAL: To fix, to choose what is the best system to be implemented in accepting proposal and lastly give clarification to everyone. To determine 2 best system and it will be discuss farther among Dao and Devs.

Possibilities of effectiveness will be discuss farther in Dao the different system as follow:

1. Base on percentage (as 100%)
2. Base on the number of votes (UMY/KARA)
3. Base on the number of people participated the vote ( This can help encourage more the community to participate more)
4. Base on the minimum voters required votes and percentage required to be accepted

Note: Everything can be change depends on the decision after the Dao counsel and the devs decision.

Choose the right one and think first the effect of that system to the community and its projects before we cast our votes.
