Breeding proposal

I have nothing against with the increase of UMY requirement to breed, especially for SR pets, as it gives scarcity to such rarity (thus the word rarity). What I am against is the increase of breeding for N and the equal requirement of N with R.

We should revert the N's breeding requirement to previous which was (BC = breed count): 1 N (0/7 BC) = 150 UMY

And the rest are as is: 1 R (0/7 BC) = 300 UMY 1 SR (0/7 BC) = 600 UMY
