1. Please put minimum price (not below the auction prices either land or kara pet and many mote things to be sold in the market) this could help to Maintain the market price and economy balance and it will not cause a big dump.

2. Please put maximum price (not much higher from the auction prices either land or kara pet and many mote things to be sold in the market), this could help to avoid over pricing in the market.

3. Put a specific amount to be ROI to ensure the Investor to have a percentage of ROI like example: 20% ROI after 1month.
