KARA Valentines Day WooHoo Festival (^-^)

Summery: UMY burning and making breeders happy, but not overpopulation also, (for one day hehe), On upcoming Valentine's day there will be one day event where there will be heavy discount on breeding for Kara pets (offer available to use twice on per kara pet). Heavy 50% discount on every breed breeders will do, no too much calculations needed here so keeping it simple.

Goal: Encouraging Breeders on this valentines day to keep giving their kara pets some woohoo!! time (^-^)

Plan: On upcoming Valentines day the breeding cost of that particular time will become one 50% off - each kara could breed twice on offer price.

Evaluation of Success: It will increase the burning but more than that motivate breeders to breed on offers and get some profit on selling them on usual market price later with much profit.
