Core Team Takeover of DAO

Summery: The current DAO in discord is not mature enough to take the whole project's responsibility in their hands.

Goal: Safeguarding the interest of whole project by transferring the whole decision making power from DAO to Core Team of the project.

Plan: Until DAO gets more experience, it should be managed by Core team with the involvement of house of lords in discord calling them by "just as trainees" , anyone will still be free to suggest as they do, but proposal making and other decision making on proposals should be done by Core DAO members and discord House of Lords should be treated as trainees, after showing enough maturity in DAO related task the some members of House of Lord could be selected in Core DAO team. This way one day we could replace the whole DAO again with community for sure again with qualified and responsible people, BUT for now it is not possible,

Optional suggestion : For now House of lords will be of some selected members Called trainee DAO, the method of selecting these should be based on their performance which will be discussed by Core Team of project itself, or could be voted and selected by big $kara holders, and also those members will be paid by a certain time cycle from DAO fund for their time and efforts for the project.

Evaluation of Success: By doing this we will stop more hit and miss situations which we cannot afford in a sensitive to investors project like our. For sure in future after having a lot of experience by working under Core Team members direct guidance, maybe one day we could give everything in hands of community driven DAO again with trained and matured enough members in it to handle lots of funds with proper sense of responsibility.
