Airdrop Reward for Delegation and Voting - Proposal by Bullish Moon

Purpose: Incentivize and encourage two high value actions:

1. Delegate Karrats to be ready for voting
2. Participate in the voting on this proposal

Proposal: Airdrop reward of 5% Karrats for all Karrats that vote on this proposal (for or against).

To qualify for the airdrop Karrats must:

1. delegate in time for the vote
2. vote on the proposal

Timeline: ASAP Follow governance steps and proceed to the vote depending on support levels and feedback. If a consensus of support is reached, we'll set a clear deadline for delegation and provide a window for announcements and promotion

Cost Estimate: Cost will be calculated as follows: Karrats voted * 0.05

Rewards capped at 1,000,000 Karrats, this would be reached with 20 million karrats voted

A note on reward distribution: Rewards will be distributed to the delegated voting wallet. If your karrats are delegated to another community member, they will receive the rewards as they are completing the action. If you want the airdrop then either discuss with your delegate, or vote through your own account. Delegated Karrats to a delegate that does not vote will not qualify for rewards, so make sure to connect with your delegate.
