ESports Tournament Prize in Karrat

Backstory: Esports players tend to invest a lot more time into a game than any other player types. Their motivation is often based on these 3: thrill of competition, glory, money. These they get from tournaments with prizes, exposure & tough competition.

My Pet Hooligan internally hosted a very successful esports tournament in December. Most of the 260 participants craved for more tournaments! Player sentiment on both the game & the tournament experience was great Esports requires consistency for players to feel safe putting in hours in your game.

My Pet Hooligan is hosting 9 esports tournaments in March-April-May 2025 4 regional solo championships 4 regional team vs team tournaments (4v4 team Swiss Invitational) 1 is a large tournament for creators (Creators Cup)

Each of these tournaments has:

• A full staff organizing & executing the tournaments
• A professional broadcast on Twitch as well as influencer coverage
• Even more coverage incase the UGC contest proposal passes

My proposal is to sponsor the tournament prizepools with karrat tokens.

Why? Instead of going to outside token sponsors, karrat takes the spotlight in MPH esports Educate about karrat during some breaks of each of the broadcast streams The esports players grind the game a lot & want to be invested in the ecosystem

Total Budget of 400 000 karrat tokens

The split: $15 000 worth of karrat between the 4 regional solo championships $30 000 worth of karrat between the 4 regional 4v4 team tournaments $15 000 worth of karrat for the Creators Cup

From this 400 000 karrat tokens: distribute prizes based on “The split” above according to the karrat token price on Wednesday after each tournament weekend.
