What would you like Kepler to do?

As per the announcement made, Kepler DAO is acknowledging the Community sentiment, and while understanding the facts of what happened in the past, and the current market downturn, Kepler wants to put the Decision on the DAO's future in the hands of the community.

Please read the document attached below carefully to understand the outcomes of each option for you, and please raise any questions on the #ask kepler channel on Discord in case of queries.

Options are: A) Merger with Magnet DAO B) Strategic Sale to Polysynth at 25% premium C) Pivot project to Kepler Ventures without leadership of core team D) Dissolve and return pro-rate $$ amount to investors, Refunds will be done at 80% of the amount invested

Disclaimer:

• If any of the options A, B, and C are voted on, and it fails to reach to reach its objective, we will revert to option D.
• Refund is of 80% of the $$ amount invested in the protocol, takes care of pending liabilities, and the correction due to market dip
