Proposal: 3x Kernel Point Multiplier for KERNEL staking

Summary: We propose to offer a 3x boost for KERNEL stakers during Season 3. This incentive aims to reward long-term community alignment and deepen engagement with the KERNEL staking mechanism. Other DeFi interactions yield between 1x and 2x multipliers—this proposal aims to place staking at the center of the Kernel economy by granting it the highest available boost.

Motivation: The KERNEL staking system is a cornerstone of our ecosystem, encouraging alignment and long-term participation. According to the staking dashboard, users can lock KERNEL to receive governance power and potential future benefits, such as airdrops from the Dynamic Validation Networks that derive its economic security from the platform. While previous seasons have rewarded restakers & DeFi users, we believe $KERNEL stakers need to benefit in Season 3 now that $KERNEL has performed its Token Generation Event (TGE)

The broader benefit for the DAO and its stakeholders will be :

Strengthen long-term alignment: Staking is a commitment mechanism. A 3x boost will reward those who align with Kernel’s long-term vision.

Encourage deeper participation: Season 3 will be a critical phase for KernelDAO. A strong signal now will generate momentum and loyalty from core contributors.

Specification: Boost Multiplier: Kernel Stakers will receive a 3x multiplier on their Season 3 participation score.

Eligibility: Anyone with KERNEL staked on https://kerneldao.com/stake/ during the duration of Season 3.

Duration: The boost applies to all actions taken during the full timeline of Season 3. It can be revisited again after Season 3 ends.
